Users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process submitted media.
Users are solely responsible for uploaded content and resulting transcripts.
infra2b does not claim ownership of user content.

Transcription and AI-generated outputs may contain errors.
Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, infra2b shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- lost profits
- lost revenue
- lost data
- business interruption
- consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to infra2b during the preceding 12 months.
